Note that the Neowise comet and stars in this image are sharply in-focus; but, the landscape (houses, trees and water) are not. This is the result of the image being captured with the camera mounted to a star tracker mount which compensates for the apparent motion of the sky as the Earth rotates underneath it. This 120s (2m) long exposure, was taken with a DSLR camera, and thanks to the tracker, was synchronized to the apparent motion of the sky; not to the fixed landscape.
